VDropify Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of VDropify, its websites, software, applications, merchant services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). VDropify is operated by Vetro Tech ("VDropify," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Prohibited Products and Services
You may not use the Services to list, sell, promote, distribute, or facilitate:
- Illegal products, services, or activities under any applicable law.
- Counterfeit, replica, or unauthorized branded goods.
- Copyright-, trademark-, or patent-infringing items.
- Stolen goods or items obtained through fraud.
- Weapons, firearms, firearm parts, or ammunition.
- Explosives, hazardous materials, or regulated chemicals.
- Tobacco, vape, and nicotine products.
- Recreational drugs, drug paraphernalia, or controlled substances.
- Prescription medications, supplements, or medical devices outside permitted channels.
- Adult content, adult services, or adult products.
- Gambling, sports betting, lotteries, or related products and services.
- Cryptocurrency mining hardware, ICOs, or unlicensed financial products.
- Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing exploitation, or "get rich quick" schemes.
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products and services.
- Human remains, body parts, or live animals.
- Any goods restricted by international sanctions or trade controls.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services to commit fraud, deceive customers, or misrepresent products.
- Submit forged, manipulated, or false KYC documents.
- Operate multiple accounts to evade suspension, payout holds, or other enforcement.
- Manipulate refunds, chargebacks, or disputes for financial gain.
- Use payment processors or VDropify MoR for transactions unrelated to legitimate sales.
- Launder funds, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.
- Spam, harass, or threaten customers or VDropify staff.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure.
- Bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
- Upload malware, harmful code, or destructive content.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
3. Fulfillment and Customer Service
Merchants must:
- Ship orders within a reasonable timeframe and provide accurate tracking.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Honor advertised prices, promotions, and policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory and remove unavailable products.
- Communicate truthfully about supplier or shipping origin (e.g. dropshipping).
Repeated failure to fulfill, ship, or deliver orders may result in suspension, payout holds, or termination.
4. Refund, Chargeback, and Risk Conduct
VDropify monitors for refund and chargeback abuse, including:
- Excessive customer-initiated chargebacks.
- Coordinated refund fraud.
- Failure to deliver after collecting payment.
- "Friendly fraud" or buyer collusion.
Excessive refunds or chargebacks may trigger enhanced review, payout holds, balance reserves, or termination. VDropify may recover refunded and disputed amounts from your wallet or future sales.
5. KYC and Verification
Submitting false, forged, or another person's identity documents is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Failure to complete required KYC may result in restricted features, blocked payouts, or termination.
6. AI Features
You may not use VDropify AI tools to generate content that infringes intellectual property, impersonates real individuals or brands without authorization, produces sexually explicit material involving minors, creates deceptive deepfakes, or otherwise violates this AUP. You remain responsible for all AI-generated content you publish or sell.
7. Custom Domains
Custom domains connected to VDropify stores must not be used for phishing, impersonation, malware distribution, or other misuse. VDropify may disconnect or suspend a domain that violates this AUP, infringes third-party rights, or harms users.
8. Dropshipping and Suppliers
Merchants using third-party suppliers (e.g. CJ Dropshipping, Printify, Zendrop) must not mislead customers about supplier identity, shipping origin, or expected delivery time, and must remain responsible for order outcomes regardless of supplier behavior.
9. Marketing and Communications
You must:
- Comply with anti-spam laws when contacting customers.
- Obtain required consents before sending marketing messages.
- Provide working opt-out and unsubscribe mechanisms.
- Avoid deceptive advertising, misleading claims, or false scarcity tactics.
10. Customer Data
Customer data accessible through your VDropify store must be used only to fulfill orders, provide customer service, and comply with law. You may not sell, rent, or misuse customer data, and you must comply with applicable privacy laws.
11. Enforcement
VDropify may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Remove listings or content.
- Restrict or disable features.
- Disconnect custom domains.
- Suspend stores or freeze wallet balances.
- Reverse or deny payouts.
- Terminate accounts and pursue legal remedies.
- Report violations to law enforcement, regulators, or affected third parties.
12. Reporting Violations
To report a violation of this AUP — including infringing content, illegal products, or fraudulent stores — contact support@vdropify.cc.
13. Changes to This Policy
VDropify may update this AUP from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
