Violations may result in content removal, payout holds, account suspension, account termination, legal action, or other enforcement measures.

VDropify is designed to help merchants create, manage, and operate ecommerce businesses.
Users must use the Services responsibly, legally, and in a manner that does not create excessive risk for customers, payment providers, merchants, or VDropify.
2. Prohibited Products and Services
You may not use VDropify to sell, advertise, distribute, facilitate, or promote:
Illegal Products
- Products prohibited by applicable law
- Products requiring licenses not held by the merchant
- Products that violate import or export regulations
Counterfeit and Infringing Products
- Counterfeit goods
- Replica products
- Unauthorized copies
- Copyright-infringing products
- Trademark-infringing products
- Pirated software
- Pirated digital content
Weapons
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- Explosives
- Weapon accessories prohibited by law
- Dangerous weapons prohibited by law
Tobacco and Nicotine Products
- Cigarettes
- Cigars
- Tobacco products
- Vape products
- E-cigarettes
- Nicotine products
Drugs and Controlled Substances
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances
- Drug paraphernalia
- Unauthorized prescription medications
Adult Content and Adult Products
- Pornographic content
- Adult entertainment services
- Adult products intended primarily for sexual stimulation
Gambling
- Online casinos
- Sports betting
- Lottery services

Financial and Fraudulent Activities
- Pyramid schemes
- Ponzi schemes
- Investment scams

- Fake services

Stolen Property
- Stolen goods

3. Fraudulent Conduct
You may not:
- Misrepresent products
- Misrepresent shipping times
- Misrepresent inventory availability
- Use false business information
- Engage in payment fraud
- Submit fraudulent refund requests
- Manipulate reviews
- Create fake orders
- Abuse promotions or discounts
4. Customer Protection
Merchants must:
- Deliver purchased products within a reasonable timeframe
- Provide accurate product descriptions
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Honor stated policies
- Maintain accurate contact information
VDropify may intervene when merchants fail to meet these standards.
5. Merchant of Record Compliance
Merchants participating in Merchant of Record programs must:
- Maintain low dispute rates
- Fulfill customer orders
- Cooperate with investigations
- Provide requested documentation
- Respond to customer complaints
Failure to do so may result in:
- Payout holds
- Account restrictions
- Removal from Merchant of Record programs
- Account termination
6. Intellectual Property
Users may not upload, publish, or distribute content that:
- Infringes copyrights
- Infringes trademarks
- Violates intellectual property rights
- Violates publicity rights
- Violates privacy rights
VDropify reserves the right to remove allegedly infringing content.
7. Platform Abuse
Users may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform operations
- Circumvent security measures
- Reverse engineer software
- Introduce malware
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Scrape platform data without permission
8. Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not use VDropify to:
- Send spam
- Send unsolicited marketing communications
- Distribute malicious links
- Conduct phishing activities
9. Risk Monitoring
VDropify may monitor activity to identify:
- Fraud
- Excessive chargebacks
- Suspicious transactions
- Prohibited products
- Policy violations
Monitoring may include automated and manual reviews.
10. Enforcement Actions
VDropify may take any action deemed necessary to protect the platform, including:
- Product removal
- Store suspension
- Account suspension
- Account termination
- Payout delays
- Payout holds
- Refund processing
- Balance freezes
- Merchant verification requests
Enforcement decisions are made at VDropify's sole discretion.
11. Reporting Violations
Users may report suspected violations by contacting:

12. Changes to This Policy
