VDropify ("VDropify," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Vetro Tech. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect

- Verification results from third-party verification providers.
KYC documents are stored in restricted, encrypted storage and accessed only by authorized personnel for compliance, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes.

Information Collected Automatically
We may automatically collect:
- IP address, device, browser, and operating system details.
- Log data, usage events, and diagnostic information.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
Fraud Prevention and Risk Signals
We collect signals used to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations, including login activity, device fingerprints, transaction patterns, refund and chargeback history, and indicators provided by payment networks and partners.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- Process payments and manage wallets, payouts, refunds, and chargebacks.
- Verify identity and comply with KYC, anti-money-laundering, and sanctions obligations.
- Communicate with you about your account, orders, support, and product updates.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
- Generate analytics, performance metrics, and AI-assisted features.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
3. AI Features
Content you submit to AI features (such as prompts and source material) may be processed by VDropify and trusted AI providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not use your KYC documents, payout details, or customer order data to train AI models.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to operate the Services, including with:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, WiPay).
- KYC and identity-verification providers.
- Hosting, infrastructure, email, and analytics providers.
- Dropshipping and fulfillment suppliers (e.g. CJ Dropshipping, Printify, Zendrop).
- Marketing and ads partners enabled by the merchant (Meta, TikTok, Google).
- Law enforcement or regulators when legally required.
- Acquirers or successors in connection with a corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services. Certain records — including KYC documents, financial transactions, payouts, tax records, and fraud-related data — may be retained for longer periods to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations, or to defend against legal claims.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, and isolated storage for sensitive verification documents. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, analytics, and fraud prevention. Merchant storefronts may also load tracking pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google) that the merchant has configured; those merchants are independent controllers for tracking on their own storefronts.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@vdropify.cc. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request and may decline requests as permitted by law (for example, where retention is required for compliance or fraud prevention).
9. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. International Transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
11. Merchants as Controllers
With respect to customer data processed on a merchant's storefront, the merchant is the data controller and VDropify acts as processor. Merchants are responsible for their own privacy disclosures, lawful bases, and responses to customer rights requests.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their policies independently.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
VDropify may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
