This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the VDropify platform sold by Vetro Tech (trading as VDropify). Subscription payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe.
30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new VDropify subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us and we will process the refund back to your original payment method via Stripe:
- Email our support team at support@vdropify.cc with your order details and the reason for the refund, or
- Cancel and request a refund from your Billing page inside your VDropify dashboard.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Subscription renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your VDropify dashboard to avoid future renewals. Cancellation stops further charges; for a refund on a recent charge, please contact us within the 30-day window above.
Storefront sales by merchants
This policy covers VDropify subscriptions only. Sales made by merchants through their own VDropify storefronts to their end customers are processed through the merchant's own payment accounts (such as Stripe, PayPal, or WiPay) and are subject to the merchant's own refund policy.
